Healthy habits

When I think about supporting others in their journey, I hope to encourage healthy habits for Body, Mind and Spirit.

For the body: exercise, good sleep habits, keeping up with medical appointments, and eating well-balanced, wholesome meals.

For the Mind: Quiet time! Resting and relaxing. Learning life skills such as cooking, laundry, finance or gardening. Hobbies such as knitting, crochet, quilting or reading can be therapeutic.

For the Spirit: Journaling, Play, Prayer time and Community Service can help take the focus off of ourselves and onto others. It is better to give than to receive. Acts 20:35.
