Kale Stewart
CEO
Kale started working with OOWH in 2024 as the lead Accountant, but quickly rose to the role of CEO. His contributions to the organization have been extremely valuable and beneficial to growing. Kale has experienced in the past, loved ones going through active addiction and the recovery process, and he brings a lived experience of mental illness to the company.
Kale completed his CPRS training in 2025, so that he could better understand the needs of his clients and staff. While he is usually working on funding opportunities, he is never more than a call or text away from being a helping hand.

Ronda Dull
Director of Support & Peer Services
Ronda is a CDCA II, and a CPRS-S. She has 13 years of sobriety after surviving 23 years in active addiction. Her life has taken her through incarceration, sexual assaults/rapes, domestic violence, homelessness, teen pregnancy, and battles with mental health. For many years she lived as a shattered woman with no hope or support, but today she is living proof that recovery is possible. Ronda believes that no one should ever be left behind. Her mission is to walk beside anyone ready to change, and to show them that with dedication and support, they can claim the freedom, hope, and joy that recovery offers.

Ed Macke
Lead CPRS
Ed currently has 36 years of sobriety after struggling through active addiction from drugs and Alcohol for 18 years. After a fourth suicide attempt in 1989, an intervention rescued him, and he accepted the help offered. he have remained sober all these years due to his support circle
Ed bases his recovery in Faith, and loves assisting those who need the guidance of a person who has a lived experience in addiction, mental health, incarceration, and daily life’s struggles. He believes that a solution focused approach is an effective method to promote recovery.

Paige Snowball
Marketing/Admin
Paige has been with On Our Way Home, Inc. since August 2025. Since her start, she has elevated the organization's social media, website, outreach, and everything in between. As someone in recovery from a mental illness, she is currently in the process of receiving her CPRS certification, to become a better advocate for OOWH. Paige understands the nuances of recovery, and she has a passion for telling powerful stories to those who need to hear them.

Lori Catron
Peer Recovery Supporter
Lori has worked in the recovery field for four years and is currently completing her CPRS and CDCA, as well as finishing her degree in Human & Social Services. She draws deeply on her lived experience and her faith, seeing this work as a way to make amends and give back what was freely given to her. Lori loves advocating for others, networking, and building community because she believes our fingerprints never fade from the lives we touch. She feels grateful to be part of OOWH, “small but mighty,” as she was told in her interview, and will remember being told that if she got a call back, it was God giving her a great big hug, a reminder she carries with her every day.

Adam Pille
Peer Recovery Supporter
Adam Pille joined OOWH on November 2025, bringing 9 years of experience as a Housing Site Supervisor in a residential facility and is currently working on his CPRS certification. With a strong background in leadership, client support, and residential program operations, Adam is committed to creating safe, stable, and empowering environments for individuals in recovery.
Adam recently celebrated 17 years of sobriety on August 4, 2025. He is passionate about sharing his story of addiction and recovery to encourage others on their own journeys. Adam strives to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those seeking hope and change.
